摘要
采用MS和GC/MS/DS,辅以TLC,IR,熔点测定,旋光度测定等分析测试手段,对菟丝子中的脂溶性成分进行了分析研究,分离鉴定了5种甾醇和9种脂肪酸。
Analytical study of fatty acids contents in seed of Cuscuta chinensis Lam.Was carried out by GC/MS/DS.Nine components were identified.The unsponifiables of lipid-soluble fraction were separated by silica gel flash chromatogaphy into six fractions.The major components of sterols were separted by silver nitrate-silica gel complex flash chromatography and identified by MS,melting point,optical rotation,GC and IR.β-sitosterol,stigmasterol,△5-avenasterol,campesterol and cholesterol were isolated and identified.
