摘要
借助高温摩擦磨损试验机研究了合金陶瓷涂层 Cr_3C_2/NiCr/Mo 的摩擦学性能。采用边界润滑条件,温度范围为50~850℃,以复脂油为润滑剂,添加 Zn DTP 添加剂。利用扫描电子显微镜、波谱分析仪和 X 光光电子能谱仪对磨损后的表面进行观察和分析。结果表明,钼对在不同温度下形成各种润滑物质起重要作用。这些物质在一定程度上保护了摩擦表面。
The tribological behaviours of ceramic coat(Cr_3C_2/NiCr/Mo)are stud- ied using a SRV high temperature friction and wear tester.A series of friction ex- periments are preformed under boundary lubrication at rising continuously tempera- ture from 50 to 850℃.Lubrication is the daul-ester oil with Zn DTP additive.The worn on Cr_3C_2/Mo coating surface at various temperature ranges are observed and analyzed with SEM,WDX and XPS(ESCA).It shows that Mo alloy phase plays an important role in producing various lubrication substances at different tempera- tures.These substances protect the friction surfaces.
