摘要
文中提出一种用于描述中空吹塑过程的数学模型.利用该模型可以求解吹塑型坯的形变规律、形变速率、壁厚分布、型坯内部的压力变化规律等.提出了意义明确、形式简单的动力学分析方法,以及相应的实验研究方法.利用该模型可以完成型坯的优化设计、工艺参数的优化、制品壁厚均匀性分析、以及材料拉伸效果的评价等.
A mathematical simulation of blow-molding cycle of the axisymmetrical parison has been proposed by introducing an appropriate constitutive relation. The dynamical analysis of the parison during the blow-molding process was done by considering geometrical parameters of the blow-molding machines. A method for verifying the rate of shape changing for the parison by measuring the pressure inside the parison during the blow-molding process was proposed.
