摘要
介绍以钼酸铅为声光介质、中心频率为175MHz复合声光器件的设计,计算了以铟为粘合层时换能器带宽并确定了镀层厚度.该器件带宽为120MHz,时间带宽积达1207.5,初步满足声光信号处理的需要.
The design of a composite acousto--optic cell with 175 MHz center frequency isintroduced in this paper. The Bragg cell uses PM (PbMoO,) as the acousto-optic mediumand in as the adhesive layer between the transducer and the AO medium. The frequencyresponse of the piezoelectric transducer and the transducer bandwidth are calculated and thelayers' thickness is difined. The bandwidth of the cell reaches 120 MHz. resulting in a timebandwidth product of 1 207. 5, which fulfils the elementary requirements of AO signalprocessing.
