摘要
本文介绍宝钢３００ｔ钢包ＣＡＳ—ＯＢ工艺参数设计思路和实施效果。ＣＡＳ—ＯＢ工艺的升温速度平均为７．０℃／ｍｉｎ，对子日常生产的Ａｌ─Ｋ和Ａｌ─Ｓｉ─Ｋ钢质量无不良影响。文章中还提出了完善该项工作的途径。
The paper introduces the design philosophy of technical parameters and the effect of CAS-OB process for 300t ladle in Baosteel. The average heating-up rate of 7.0℃/min for CAS-OB process was acquired, and no harmful in fluence was found on the quality of Al-K and Al-Si-K steels in daily production. An approach to improvement on the process is made in the paper.
