摘要
本文研究了孵化液的盐类组成及盐度对巴里坤湖卤虫卵孵化率的影响。结果表明．孵化的最适盐度为１０～５０‰；多种盐类的孵化液比单一盐类（Ｎａｃｌ，Ｎａ２ＳＯ４Ｎａ２ＣＯ３）的孵化液更适合于虫卵孵化；含Ｎａ２ＣＯ３的孵化液可得到较理想的孵化效果。
In this research, effect of the concentration and composition of salt in hatching solution on hatching percentage of Artemia barkolica cysts had been studied. The results showed that the optimum salt concentration was 10-50%. Hatching solution with poly-salt composition was more applicable on hatching than that with simple salt (NaCl,Na2SO4,Na2CO3 ). The perfect hatching result could be obtained by using the hatching solution contained Na2CO3.
