摘要
应用KNY型咽鼓管通气功能检测仪检测110名现役飞行人员的咽鼓管开放压值(ETOPV)及其波形(WS),并进行飞行试验(80名)和低压舱试验(30名),研究ETOPV的大小及其WS与耳气压机能(OBF)的关系。实验结果提示:(1)ETOPV及其WS与OBF之间有密切关系,ETOPV大的人耳气压调节机能差,容易发生耳气压伤(EBT),ETOPV小的人耳气压调节机能好,很少发生EBT。(2)B型波是咽鼓管通畅程度不良的波形,较A型波更易发生EBT。
KNY type eustachian tube ventilation function examination instrument was used to examine eustachium open pressure value and wave shape of the aviators (110 cases) on the active service, and for fly experiment (80 cases) and the altitude chamber test (30 cases) to investigate the relationship of the eustachium open pressure value's size and wave shape to the otic barofunction. The results suggest followings (l) There is close relation in the eustachium open pressure value and wave shape to the otic barofunction. The persons of large eustachian tube open pressure value tend to otic hypobarofunction, and are liable to otic barotrauma. The persons of small eustachium open pressure value have good otic barofunction,and rarely get otic barotrauma. (2) B type waves are the ones of the eustchian tube hypoventilation, pexsons with which liable to otic barotrauma.
