摘要
采用小鼠跳台法、常压缺氧和小鼠负重游泳等实验，初步观察了草苁蓉醇提水溶液对小鼠的行为药理作用。结果表明，草苁蓉醇提水溶液（折合生药１与２ｇ·ｋｇ－１），ｉｇ×４ｄ，可明显增强正常小鼠的学习、记忆；此外，还有耐缺氧和抗疲劳作用。大剂量草苁蓉醇提水溶液（折合生药４ｇ·ｋｇ－１）对小鼠自发活动有一定的抑制作用。
The effects alcoholic extraction of Boschniakia rossica Fedtsch were investigatid using step-down test, nomobaric hypoxia test and loaded swimming test in mice. The results indicated that the drug ( l and 2 g ·kg-1 ·d-1 , ig×4d) increased both learning and memory abilities, as well as promoted the tolerance of normal mice to hypoxia and swimming fatigue respectively. It was also found that the higher dose of the drug (4 g ·kg-1 ) inhibited the spontaneous activity in mice.
