柠檬酸对蛋鸡生产性能影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 试验以基础日粮为对照,在基础日粮中分别添加0.15%、0.25%、0.35%、0.45%、0.55%的柠檬酸,试验期60天,探讨其对蛋鸡生产性能的影响.试验结果表明:各试验组较对照组,产蛋率均有所提高,其中以2、3、5组成绩最佳,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各试验组的饲料效率均显著高于对照组,其中2、3两组差异极显著(P<0.01);而饲料成本显著低于对照组(P<0.05).日粮中添加柠檬酸对蛋重和蛋形指数无明显影响,但各试验组破壳率都有所下降,蛋壳厚度增加0.02~0.03毫米,高于对照组(P<0.05). :In this experment,the basal diet is the controldiet,citric acid added to basal diet of eachgroup is respectively 0,0. 15 %, 0. 25 %,0. 35%, 0. 45% and 0. 55 %. The effect of citric acid on thehen's performance has been observed for sixty days. The result in dicate that the laying rate is in-creased compared with the control group. Among them, the experiment group 2、3 and 5 is themost effective and significant difference (P<0. 05). The feed conversion rate are higher in the experiment groups than in the control group significantly,and the experiment group 2 and 3 arehighly significant difference (P<0. 01). The feedcost is decreased (P<0. 05). No effect of citri-cacid is on the egg weight and the index of egg shape. The egg-breaking rate is decreased and thethickness of egg shell increased by 0. 02~0. 03 millimetre (P<0. 05).
