镍基合金喷熔层组织及其抗高温冲蚀性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 用氧—乙炔火焰喷熔法制取镍基合金喷熔层,通过高温冲蚀模拟试验机对镍基合金喷熔层和其他表面强化层进行高温冲蚀磨损对比试验。结果表明:镍基介金喷溶层具有最佳的抗高温冲蚀性能,比20钢提高4~5倍,其冲蚀行为表现为塑性材料特征,最大冲蚀率攻角约为30°。 The nickel based alloy spray welding layers were made by using oxygen-acetylene flame spray welding. High temperature erosion wear was investigated about the nickd based alloy spray welding layers on a high temperature erosion wear testing device. It has been shown that the nickel based alloy spray welding la -yers have the highest high temperature erosion wear resisance which is 4-5 times higher than that of 20 steel. The erosion behavior of the nickel based alloy layers is of plastical materials and the highest erosion rate appears at the attack angle of 30 degree.
