摘要
针对热风炉陶瓷燃烧器使用不同预热温度的空气与煤气在燃烧过程中的行为做了冷态模拟试验测定,结果表明,自身预热法由于空气预热温度高,燃烧条件变化大,导至火焰变短,并产生较强烈的低频脉动燃烧。在对燃烧器出口做了改进后,可大大降低燃烧脉动,保证了燃烧稳定。
he cold state simulation determined have been done inm the stove ceramic burner and air and gas at different preheation temperature have been used in the conbustion prociss. As a result, for the self-preheat, because of air preheating temperatrer is higher, and conbustion condition changed grdatly, than the flame is shorter, adn resulted the higher strength low froquency pulsating combustion. Destroyed mormal steady combustion. The intensity of combustion pulsation have beed depresed and ensured combustion stability ofter improved the burner exit.
