摘要
本文介绍了人精子在体外经二硫化碳染毒后,与去透明带金黄地鼠卵受精,体外培养,然后制备人精子染色体进行核型分析,结果表明染毒组(250mg/L)染色体断裂均数为0.1400,与阴性对照组(0.0530)比较虽有升高,但无显著性差异(P<O.05)。
Carbon disulfide(CD)are the compound which could be frequently exposed toworkers in chemical industrial process. To evaluate the potential genetic risks of thecompound,163 karyotypes of human sperm chromosomes were analyzed,using Zona-freehamster eggs penetrated in Vitro by human spermatozoa after being treated the dosage(250mg/L)of CD. The result showed that the breakage mean in the group exposed to CDwas 0.1400,in the control was 0.0530,the difference between two groups was notsignificant(P>0.05).
