摘要
本文应用Ames试验TA98和TA100菌株及小鼠骨髓微核试验对牡丹皮,牡丹草,潞党参,宣木瓜,菊花,石斛和新鲜石斛7种草药的水溶性提取液进行抗诱变性筛选,发现牡丹皮,潞党参和菊花在2个试验系统均有抗诱变活性提示这3种中药能抗基因突变又能抗染色体畸变;宣木瓜在Ames试验中对2-AF诱导TA98和TA100有强抗诱变性;除宣木瓜外,余6种中药在微核试验中均具有显著抑制作用。
The antimutagencity of 7 chinese herbal medicine (Paeonia
suffruticosa, Andr.,fresh and dry Dendrobium officimale K. Kimura et Migo,Leotice thalictroides,
L, Chrysan-themum morifolium Ramat.,Chaenomeles lagenaria koidz., Codonopsis pilosula
Nannf.)was investigated by Amess test using the Salmonella Typhimurium tester strains TA98
andTA100,and induction of micronuclei on mouse bone marrow cells. The results showed
thatthe extracts of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr., Codonopsis piiosula Nannf. and
Chrysanthe-mum morifolium Ramat. were found to decreasc the mutagenic activity of 2-AF
andDexon for both strains (TA98 and TA100)and of CP in mouse bone marrow cells. It sug-gests
that there has an ability of antimutagenic factors with both antigenetic andantichromosome
aberration in the above three herbs. Chaenomeles lagenaria Koidz., onlyshows strong
inhibition against mutagenic effect of 2-AT on TA98 and TA 100 testerstrains. Except
Chaenomeles lagenaria Koidz., other six herbal medicine caused a signifi-cant reduction on CP
induced micronuclei frequencies of mouse bone marrow cells.
