摘要
小粒种咖啡(Coffea arabica)受冷害,细胞质膜脆性随着降温强度的增强和持续时间的延长而增大,质膜脆性越大越易破裂,其渗透性也越高,叶绿体、线粒体超微结构受损表现形式不同,叶绿体被膜较易破坏,线粒体则是内膜嵴先受破坏,外源甘氨酸能增加过氧化物酶同工酶谱带及活性,起渗透保护作用.
When coffee arabica is chillingly injyred, its brittleness of cytoplasmic membrane is increasing with temperature decreasing and time prolonging. The larger it is , thd easier it is to be broken , and also thd higher its permeability is. The ultrastructurcs of chloroplast and mitochondria show thd different injury forms: the envelope of chloroplast is more sensitive to the chilling injury than the lamella of chloroplast, and the mitochondria eristae is more sensitive to the chilling injury than the outer membrane of mitochondria , The addition of glycocoll can raise the bands and activity of isoenzyme of peroxidase and play a protective role.
