摘要
以浮游桡足类刺尾纺锤水蚤(Acartia spinicauda)对海洋原甲藻(Prorocentrum micans)的摄食实验表明,摄食率随着饵料密度增高而增大。在水温20℃时,最大摄食潜力约为33000细胞/个·天,夜间摄食力显著大于白昼,混合饵料实验中,刺尾纺锤水蚤表现出较强的择食倾向。由实验结果推导出摄食经验公式为:1=33 000(1-e^(-0.4x^2))。
Both the Acartia spinicauda and Prorocentrum micans are important species but the latter one will cause red tide sometimes in Dapeng Bay of Southern Guangdong, With the aim of assessing the impact of copepoda on red tide occurrence, the feeding rate of Acartia spinicauda on Prorocentrum micans was studied under experimentally controled conditions. Results showed that the feeding rate was increased with the increase of food concentrations. The maximum fooding rate was estimated at 25℃ as33 000 cell/(ind·d)followed by an empirical function: Ⅰ=33000 (1-c^(-0.4x^2)). However, the feeding rate was higher at night than at day. It was also found the copepoda exhibited strong tendency of food selection when Prorocentrum mican mixed with other food organisms. The role of copepoda on the red tide occurrence is briefly discussed.
