摘要
本文从测定偏转线圈磁场参数出发,直接求解电子轨迹方程而确定三束的会聚点。根据三束会聚于荫罩面上的电子光学原理,得到了50°偏转角下的荫罩曲面方程,结果与日立公司的相应公式吻合较好。略经修正就可将它推广到大偏转角的场合,为今后自行设计荫罩探索了方向。
The work is started from the measurement of the magnetic deflection field. The points of convergence are determined by solving the electron trajectory equations directly. Based upon the idea that three beams should converge on the shadow mask ,the equation of the shadow-mask surface is obtained for the deflection angles under 50 degrees. The result agrees with the corresponding formula of HITACHI Co. Combined with some experimental correction ,it can be extended to the case of wider deflection angle. This work paves a part of the way to the original mask design.
