真空表面强化层组织性能的研究

摘要 采用真空熔敷的方法.在碳钢表面熔敷一层强化层.用金相分析、磨损试验和扫描电镜分析对熔敷层的组织性能进行了研究.研究表明,熔敷层中有碳化钨相时.耐磨性较高.熔敷层的耐磨性随着粘结相的硬度的提高而提高.在试验条件下,G112合金粉中加入85%镍包碳化钨时,熔敷层的耐磨性达最大值;熔敷层中不含碳化钨相时.其磨损形式为微切削型磨损;熔敷层中含有碳化钨相时.熔敷层发生微切削型和剥落型两种形式磨损. The organization and performance of vacuum deposited coating is researched by means of scanning electron microscope analysis and wearing test. The test results show that the wearability of coating containing tangsten carbide phase is better than that without tungsten carbide phase. It can be improved with raise of the hardness of coherent phase. Under experimental conditions, the wearability of coating formed by 15% G112 and 85% F5010 powder is best. In wear test, there exists micro-cutting on the coating without tungsten carbide phase and on the coating containing tungsten carbide phase there are two forms of micro-cutting and peeling.
