摘要
利用茂名油页岩沸腾燃烧产汽发电装置现场操作数据和装置设计数据.对沸腾炉进行物料平衡和热平衡核算.结果表明,茂名页岩沸腾炉热效率偏低.其值为73.86%.减少页岩进炉前的含水量、减小页岩进料粒径、提高炉子的操作温度可以提高炉子热效率.
In this paper, material and thermal balance was caculated for Maoming oil shale Fluidized Bed Boiler (FBB) with operating and designing data. The thermal efficiency is lower than that expected. The latter is only 73. 86%. It can be raised by decreasing the moisture of oil shale feedstock, reducing the particle size of oil shale feedstock and increasing the operation temperature.
