摘要
1 实验方法实验所用试剂除 His 为生化试剂外,其余均为分析纯,溶液用去离子水配制.反应在有恒温装置的玻璃反应器中进行.温度控制在30±0.2℃,反应液总体积为25cm^3,匀速搅拌.以溴酸钾溶液滴加一半时记时,用217型双液接甘汞电极作参比,采用PXS—215型离子计,以213型光亮铂电极测定体系氧化还原电位变化 ln([ox]/[Red]),并记录在 XWC 记录仪上,由于观察的主要目的是时间因素,故 E 采用任意单位.
Using potentiometric method,a more exhaustive study is carried out of a new oscillat- ing system of L-histidine(denoted as His)-BrO_3^--H_2SO_4-acetone(denoted as Act)in the presence of Mn^(2+)as catalyst.According to the experimental results and FKN mecha- nism,the mechanism of this system is proposed.By studying the effects of different con- centrations of components and teperature on the oscillating induction period and oscillation period,the following kinetic equation is obtained: 1/tin∝[H_2SO_4]^(1.41)·[BrO_3^-]_0^(-0.81)·[Mn^(2+)]_0`(-0.70)·[His ]_0^(-0.46)exp(-Ein/RT) 1/tp∝[H_2SO_4]_0^(1.33)·[BrO_3^-]_0^(0.58)·[Mn^(2+)]_0^(-0.30)·[His]_0^(-0.32)exp(-Ep/RT) Here,Ein=47.2kJ·mol^(-1),Ep=53.7kJ·mol^(-1).
