摘要
两系杂交水稻制种能否成功,选择抽穗开花期是关键;确定父母本播差期是保证花期相遇的基本条件;制种能否高产,应以提高异交结实率为主攻方向,而两系杂交稻制种的难点在于防杂保纯.
The key of the seed production in two——line hybrid rice is selection ofthe theoretical heading and flowering periods.In the periods the fertility alt-erations of the Dual-purpose Genic Male——sterile line need specially light andtemperature conditions.the definition on difference of the paternal and ma-ternal sowing time is essential conditions of parental flowering period meet-ing.If the high yield of the seed production,the rates of cross seed——settingwere been increased,owing to the self mix in two—line hybrid rice plant,mix—preventing and purity—preserving is the focal points of the seed prod-uction.
