摘要
本文通过七个实例,分析了下水道水流不畅通的结症。设计不周、施工不当等先天性因素虽导致了某些下水道的堵塞;但多数事故乃是后天管理不善和续建工程时顾此失彼所致;此外,某些社会因素也会导致下水水流不畅或堵塞,必需引起注意。
According to the investigation on seven examples,the author concluded that the imperfect management and maintenance and extension works without overall consideration are the main factors resulting in the block-up of the sewer in most cases although the careless design and construction sometimes really did.In addition,some social factors should also be taken into account.
