摘要
作者用50只健康家兔,在无菌技术及戊巴比妥钠静脉麻醉下,在左桡骨的旋前圆肌肌止远端用牙科电锯造成了3mm映损的骨折。骨折后于10个不同时间取骨痂标本,每批5只家兔,每只家兔取5个不同的部位(即骨外膜骨痂,桥梁骨痂,连接骨痂,近、远端封闭骨痂),每个部位的骨痂再分成两半,一半作电镜检查,另一半作光镜对照检查。检查结果:1.破骨细胞有皱折缘、清楚区等结构,与其骨吸收功能相适应。2.破骨细胞的骨吸收活动在骨折后6、9天时最活跃,28天以后破骨细胞数量减少,以致仅在光镜下看到破骨细胞,而电镜下难以找到。3.骨折成角畸形可能使破骨细胞在塑形期活动的持续时间延长。
Samples of callus obtained at different intervals from 50 rabbits subjected to experimental fracture of radius were studied with light and electron microscopes. The results showed that (1) osteoclasts were responsible for bone absorption; (2) they were most active 6—9 days after fracture and decreased in number after 28 days; and (3) angular deformity might prolong the osteoclast activity during the moulding period.
