摘要
根据热力学能量转换原理,并按照已建立的简明三次维里型对比状态方程式所推导的(火用)参数新关联式,进一步导出一则可用以确定化工机械实际气体经历各种不同热过程时的广义(火用)变新关联式。另外还针对系统子过程经历任一特定运行过程,提出以一新的相对(火用)损指数作为评价指标的相对(火用)分析法。该法不但简单实用,而且还可有效可靠地进行分析,特别适合于化工与石油化工机械装置的热性能分析。
Based on the principle of thermodynamic energy-conversion and derived from a new exergy function of real gases relevant to a simple cubic reduced virial equation of state derived by the authors, a new generalized correlation for determining the exergy-change value of real gases undergone various thermal processes in chemical machincry is proposed. Results com puted from this new correlation fully agree with published literature data. A new relative exergy-analysis method by using a new evaluating index characterized by the ratio of local exergy-loss in corresponding sub-processes during a specified operating change-period is also proposed. Computations show that the proposed method is not only simple and convenient in form, but also effective and reliable in calculation, especially adaptable to analyse the thermal performance of chemical and petrochemical machinery. It is obvious that the proposed proce dure provides a new prospect to exergy-analysis for solving the practical problems in engi neering.
