摘要
本文报道病理证实的软骨母细胞瘤18例。全部手术治疗并随诊,只1例刮除植骨者复发。说明根据病情采取相应的术式,彻底手术可获痊愈,还可尽量保存肢体功能。术后不必放疗。对肿瘤的性质、来源、诊断、治疗和预后等进行了讨论。
18 patients with chondroblastoma confirmed pathologically were treated by surgery and followed for an average of 5. 4 years. The tumor recurred one year later in one case. No recurrence or metastasis were found in the others. The chondroblastoma is a primarily benign bone tumor which can be cured by sorgery. In decisfon of operative choice redical excision of the lesion on the one hand and the maximum preservation of limb function should be the Priori- ty consideration. In instances the operation is performed radically, radiotherapy is no longer needed. The etiology,diagno sis and prognosis of the chondroblastoma were discued.
