吸烟及香烟冷凝物对人外周淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换的影响 被引量:2

EFFECTS OF SMOKING AND CIGARETTE SMOKE CONDENSATE ON SISTER CHROMATID EXCHANGE IN HUMAN PERIPHERAL BLOOD LYMPHOCYTES

摘要 本文采用姐妹染色单体交换(SCH)方法,作吸烟者的体内研究和香烟冷凝物(CSC)的体外研究。结果表明,CSC可引起人外周淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换率(SCE_(?))的增加,有剂量反应关系。吸烟者与非吸烟者比较表明,吸烟者的SCE_(?)比非吸烟者高,但未见剂量反应关系。 Genetic toxicological methods, showed that cigarettes smoke condonsates induce sister ohromatid exchange in human peripheral blood lymphocytes. The frequancy of these changes show a dose-response relationship,smokers showed higher frequencies then non-smokers, but there was no dose-response relationship.
