肝癌大鼠血浆异常凝血酶原的动态变化 被引量:1

DYNAMICS OF PLASMA ABNORMAL PROTHROMBIN DURING THE PROCESS OF HEPATOCARCINOGENESIS IN RATS

摘要 用灵敏的凝血酶原蛇毒测定法,观察二乙基亚硝胺诱发大鼠肝癌过程中,血浆异常凝血酶原的动态变化。在诱癌第4周,大鼠血浆出现高水平的异常凝血酶原,约为正常对照组的10倍。此后持续上升至第13周;第15周有所下降,第20周又开始回升,表现为两个峰。诱癌早期的大鼠血浆即出现了高水平异常凝血酶原,它可用于肝癌的早期诊断。同时,还研究了华法令处理的大鼠血浆和肝再生大鼠血浆异常凝血酶原的变化。前者显著升高,后者却无明显变化。 In the course of hepatooareinogenesis with diethylnitrosamine (DEN), the dynamics of plasma abnormal prothrombin showed a saddle-like curve, maintaining a high level from the 4th to the 13 th week, then decreasing at the 15 th week and rising again at the 20th week. The high level of plasma abnormal prothrombin at an early stage of hepatooaroinogenesis suggests that it could be used for earlier diagnosis of primary hepatooarcinoma. In contrast, there wag no abnormal prothrombin in the rat plasma during its liver regeneration. Eats treated with warfarin were observed as a positive control.
