摘要
用电位滴定法测定3[N,N-二(羧甲基)氨甲基]-5-(二乙氨甲基)邻苯二酚(代号“8307”,以H_4A表示)的电离常数及Th(Ⅳ)-“8307”配合物的稳定常数。在25±0.2℃,μ=0.1mol/L^(-1)NaClO_4及高纯N_2的条件下,测得pK_1=7.94、pK_2=10.02、pK_3=10.43、pK_4=11.13;lgK_(ThA)=28.10、lg.K_(ThHA+)=21.74、lgK_(Th(H_2A)_2)=31.71、lgK_([Th(H_3A)_2])^(2+)=18.41。数据表明这些配合物的稳定性很高,这与动物试验高促排效果相一致。
The ionization constants of 3-[N, N-bis (oarboxyl methyl) amino methyl]-5-(diethyl amino methyl) oateohol ('8307', H4A) were determined by potentiometric titration with NaOH. pK values are 7.94, 10.02,10.43 and 11.13 at 25±0.2℃ and μ=0.1mol/L NaClO4. The stability contantg of Th (Ⅳ)-'8307' complexes: ThA, ThHA+, Th(H2A)2 and [Th (H3A2) 2]2+ were also determined by potentiometrio titration with NaOH; lg KThA =- 28.10, lgKThHA+ = 21.74, lgKThIH3A)2-31.71 and lg K[Th(H3A)2]2+-18.41 at 25±0.2℃, μ-0.1mol/L NaClO4. The whole experiment waa carried out under nitrogen. The high stability of these complexes agrees fairly well with their removal effect for Th(Ⅳ) ion in animal experiments.
