摘要
本文应用计量医学理论,选择7664例经病理确诊的甲状腺疾病,根据它们的各种表现,结合医学专家们的临床经验、采用信息诊断模型、对甲状腺肿大的五种疾病进行鉴别诊断,提出一个计量诊断表,只要按表内项目填写并计算各列之和,其最大者所对应的疾病就是诊断的疾病,从而为临床工作提供新的诊断方法,对增强自我保健能力、提高诊断正确率都具有重要意义。本诊断表经用100份病例验证正确率达91%。
Collecting more than 7664 cases of thyroid diseases confirmed by path- ological diagnosis,applying the theory of quantitave medicine and using di- agnostic model of information we present a new table of quantitative di- fferential diagnosis of 5 kinds of diseases concerning thyroid enlargement on basis of clinical manifestations and the experiments by performed by clinical experts.If you fill in the table of quantitative differential dia- gnosis and calculate each column of algebraic sum the disease correspond- ing to the biggest sum is the expected one.The paper gives clinical work- ers and medical students a new diagnostic method and it is important to improve self-care and to increase correct rate of diagnosis.In addition,w choose a random sampling of 100 cases for test and the correct rate is 91%.
