摘要
以某酵母厂实际生产过程为背景,对面包酵母流加发酵生产进行了总体效益优化仿真。优化仿真是以作者早期建立的面包酵母代谢-循环模型系统为基础的。效益函数是单位时间内过程产出产品的价值与总投入价值之差。仿真结果表明,在给定的价格体系下,欲使总体效益函数取得极大值,各操作变量,如补料速度、补料浓度、通气量和发酵周期等,均存在最优操作区域。
This paper is concerned with a model-based profit optimization for baker's yeast fed-batch fermentation. The model system to be used was a combined metabolic-and cyclic-model for baker's yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The objective function was built based on cost-effect balances and the data required were come from a baker's yeast factory. The results of profit optimization revealed that all manipulating variables, such as substrate feeding rate, sugar concentration in feed, aeration rate and fermentation period,have optimal operation regions to obtain the highest profit for the process.
