摘要
采用水溶性纤维为原料,在DREF—Ⅲ型尘笼纺纱机上对苎麻纱进行表面处理,再经后整理,使纱线获得良好的上浆效果,其毛羽明显减少,长毛羽基本伏贴。同时纱线的耐磨性、断裂强度均提高。
This article deals with a new method of sizing for flax yarn, in which flax yarn was treated with water-soluble polyvinyl aalcohol fibre in DREF-3 spinning machine, then finished in the water at 60～80℃. The results prove the fact that the treated yarn obtains a better behavior of weaving and appearance.
