摘要
用CTH-Ⅱ型心功微机检测仪检查114例心脏病人收缩及射血功能,与NYHA标准分级进行对比,显示:NYHA Ⅰ级心功组有13.3％的患者PEP/LVET>0.40,CO较正常对照组平均降低约1.1升/分,提示NYHA标准难于评定无症状心功能不全。而Ⅱ级心功组87.3％收缩及射血功能基本正常,甚至Ⅲ、Ⅳ级心功病人亦有11.1％PEP/LVET<0.40,13.3％EF>60％。同时探讨了心脏收缩功能及射血分数正常的病人的致心衰原因及心功能不全与外周阻力的关系。
The cardiac function was evaluated by New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification and computed parameters. The result showed that 13.3% of the patient's PEP/LVET ratio was abnormal. The Cardiac output (CO) was lowered an average of 1.1 L/min in the cardiac function of class Ⅰ. But, the systolic time interval (STI) was adversely normal in other classes: 12.7% in class Ⅱ , 11.1% in class Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Furthermore, we discussed how the cardiac systolic parameters were normal in subjects with heart failure.
