摘要
《科学》1915年创刊,今已成为丰富的史料宝库。从统计数字、办刊宗旨、被引用率可以证明它具有重大的科学史价值。它发表的科技史文章可组合成一本综合科技史著作,注重对史料的争论、考证,将记载中国近现代科技发展作为一项重要内容,专载有史料价值的文章,探讨科技史的重大理论问题等,这都是《科学》具有科学史价值的体现。
Starting Publication in 1915, Science has become a treasure-house of abundant historical materials. Its statistic figures, publishing purpose and rate of being quoted are enough to prove that it is of great value in the history of science. The articles on the history of science and technology it has issued may be put together into a comprehensive works. It pays great attention to arguments about and researches on historical materials, regards the recording of the development of Chinese modern and contemporary science and technology as an important content, specially issues articles with historical value, and argues about important theoretical problems. All these show its value in the history of science.
