摘要
针对2×n型和m×n型Flow-shop系统,给出了使系统瓶颈机床得到充分利用系统所需的最小存贮区的容量值(构成的集合)的上界估计,从而为提高系统生产率、优化系统设计提供了较好的理论依据。
It is well-known that the productivity of Flow-Shop systems is not only relared with the number of parts pallets, but also with the capacity of machine buffers. However, up to now there is not any practical approach for quantitative description for the buffer of Flow-Shop systems. In this paper, to both 2xn systems and mxn systems we present an estimation of the upper bound of the capacity of minimal buffer of each machine and bottle neck machine can be utilized sufficiently. This result provides us some theoretical basis for both increasing the productivity of Flow-Shop systems and optimizing the system design.
