摘要
我厂是我国向德国ECO公司引进树脂砂造型及旧砂再生关键设备的第一家厂家,经过消化吸收,不断摸索和完善,使引进设备更适合国产原材料。三年来设备运行正常,铸件质量稳定,成本有所下降。
Shanghai shipyard has purchased the main equipmets of furan sand moulding and sand reclaimer from ECO Co. Germany in 1988, wlich was put into operation and production in May 1989.As we have put great effort for absorbing, studying and improving, the equipment can fit with more local raw materails in normal production. Abter three years in practice,the equipment has already shown that its operation is normal, the quality of castings is better, the costs of casting are continuously decreasing.
