摘要
通过金属型铝合金缸盖的生产实例,阐述了在设计金属模具时,不但要考虑铸件的线收缩率,而且要考虑金属模具在较高温度时的热膨胀性。
In this paper according to the production practice of alloy aluminium cylinder head by permanent mould, the author pointed out that to ensure the mould dimensional accuracy it should be considered not only the lineal contraction of mould during manufacturing process of casting,but also the thermal expansion of the metal mould at higher temperature while a metal mould is working.
