介绍了铸铁件收缩过程的数值计算,利用计算程序确定了铸件的收缩时间.建立了铸铁件冒口补缩的力学模型,提出了铸铁件在较小固相率下冒口中金属补缩流动停止的假说,这种假说被试验与模拟计算所证实.
The numeric calculation of iron castings solidification was presented, the shrinkage time of iron castings was determined by calculation programs, the mathematical model for risering iron casting has been established. An assumption on ceasing feeding flow in riser at lower solid-phase fraction was put forward due to graphite expansive force. This assumption is verified by experiment and computer simulation.
