摘要
本文研究了热处理制度对Al-Cu-Mg-Fe-Ni系磁鼓合金挤压棒材性能的影响,结果指出,对于Al-3%Cu-1.6%Mg-0.9%Fe-1.5%Ni合金挤压棒材采用500℃/3小时+170℃/12小时制度进行处理后,在车制磁鼓时,合金具有良好的切削性能,精车后表面光洁度可以达到≥▽10,磁鼓的表面布氏硬度≥1100MPa,磁鼓件装机使用时具有较佳的耐蚀性能。
This paper studied the influence of the heat treatment on the character of extruded rod of alloy Al-Cu-Mg-Fe-Ni used for magnetic drum. The result shows that after treated the extruded rod of alloy Al-3%Cu-1.6% Mg-0.9%Fe-1.5%Ni at 500℃/3h+170℃/12 h, possesses very good machining property during turning it on lathe. The surface can reach≥▽10 after precious turning and the hardness of the magnetic drum surface gets to≥1100 MPa, so the anticorrosion property of the drum is better during working.
