晶界结构理论的进展(一)

摘要 本文简要介绍了各种晶界结构的模型和理论,并叙述了利用计算机进行晶界结构原子模拟的方法及其应用。最后介绍了TEM等几种研究晶界结构的实验方法。 The progress achieved in the theory of grain boundary stracture during the last decades is reviewed in this paper. The main part of the paper is devoted to the introduction to Dislocation model, O-lattice model and coincidence site lattice model, DSC lattice model, compact polyhedra model and structural unit model. Emphasis is also placed on the description of the method and its aplication for atomistic simulations of grain boundary structure. Finally, some important experimental techniques, TEM. MREM. FIM. X-ray and electron diffraction, are also briefly reviewed.
