摘要
本组采用针灸为主,隔蒜灸、刺血拔罐和抽吸关节积液综合治疗,选穴大椎、曲池、足三里,再根据受累关节部位循经取穴。116例中获痊愈74例,显效13例,好转11例,无效18例,总有效率84.5%。
Comprehensive therapy,including garlic—partition moxibustion,bloodletting—cupping and aspiration for dydrarthrosis with acupuncture—moxibustion as themain measure.Points selected include Dazhui,Quchi,Zusanli and points related to the affected joints on thebasis of channel theory.Of the 116 cases,74 werecured.17 markedly effective,11 ameliorated.18 inef-fective,the total effective rate being 94.5%.
