AgNORs形态学改变在甲状腺良性和恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的意义 被引量:4

摘要 作者对110例患者的甲状腺肿瘤作了AgNORs定量研究。结果表明AgNORs大小改变在甲状腺良性和恶性肿瘤中有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。AgNORs形态学改变在腺瘤中无或仅有轻度畸形,而在腺癌则均有不同程度畸形。这提示AgNORs大小及形态学畸形在甲状腺良性和恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断中具有重要意义。而由于AgNORs/核均数重叠太大,在良性和恶性肿瘤中无显著差异(P>0.05),单独应用这一指标则缺乏诊断学意义。但如果把它与AgNORs大小及形态学畸形程度相结合,仍具有参考价值。 A series of 110 cases of thyroid tumors has been studied quantitatively by meansof the argyrophil method for nuclear organizer regions (NORs). It was found thatthere was a significant difference of the sizes of AgNORs between the benign andmalignant groups(P<0.01). There was no or only mild teratogenesis of AgNORsshapes in adenomas, meanwhile, varies grade of teratogenesis in all adenocarcino-mas were found. It is suggested that the size and shape of deformation of AgNORshas an important diagnostic significance to differentiate benign and malignantthyroid tumors. The mean count of AgNORs per nucleus had no significant difference(P>0.05). However, it may have a referential meaning when combining the countof AgNORs with their size and shape.
