摘要
用顺氯氨铂治疗80例多种肿瘤患者,其中43例应用中药止呕方;37例应用胃复安和地塞米松对照观察。呕吐基本抑制率(0～3次/d)中药组83％;对照组49％(p<0.01)。证明中药止呕方能起到优于常规止呕药物的疗效。
80 patients with different kinds of cancers were treated by DDP. 43 cases of them were given Zhi Ou Fang (anti-vomiting prescription); 37 cases of them were given metoclopramide and dexamethasone as control. Vomiting was reduced (0～3 time/d) by 83% in Zhi Ou Fang group; and 49% in control group (p<0.01). This result showed that the Zhi Ou Fang was a more effective prescription for nausea and vomiting indused by DDP than conventional prescriptions.
