摘要
提出了一种新的分析塑性加工中轴对称变形的方法,称为圆环坐标轴对称问题。文中介绍了有关的坐标变换法则和主要变形力学方程。研究表明,这是一种非常适用于空心圆制品和双金属棒材、管材的挤压、拉拔、冲挤和变薄拉深等塑性加工中力学分析的十分有效的方法。
In this paper, that a new analytic model of axisymmetric metal forming processes, referred to astoroidal axisymmetric processes was suggested. The analytic results show that the model is effective for theanalysis of the tube extrusion, tube drawing, bimetal tubing, impact extrusion, ironing cup and so on.
