摘要
采用扫描电镜,透射电镜和电子探针研究了钛与A_3钢爆炸复合界面层的电子显微组织。结果表明,复合界面具有明显的爆炸焊接的波状界面特征,波前呈旋涡状。界面层组织由中心细晶粒熔化区与邻近的高形变区组成。在A_3钢侧溶化薄层约3~15μm,层中细晶粒呈等轴晶其大小约为0.1~0.3μm,部分区域出现微晶和非晶组织.在Ti侧薄层厚些约5~35μm,细粒也稍大约0.1~0.5μm,不甚均匀。在Ii侧形变区出现大量绝热剪切带。在A_3钢侧呈现大量应力应变流线。晶粒被明显拉长,显示塑性形变特征。透射电镜观察至Ti侧高形变区有大量显微孪晶;A_3钢侧被形变拉长的晶粒内有大量位错缠结。电子探针分析表明界面层存在相互扩散和互溶但不明显,未发现Fe_2Ti金属间化合物形成。
The electron microstucture of the interface of explosive welding of Titaniun(Ti)and A_3steel have been studied by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM),electron probe mi-croanalysis(EPMA)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results show thatthere is an nterface of explosive welding wave type with vortex,which consists of a centremolten zone of quiaxial grains and heavly deformed region.The width of the centre moltenzone in A_3 steel is bout 3~15 μm and about 5~35 μm in Ti.The super-fine grains andamorphons were formed within the olten zone.The adiabatic shear hands formed in the de-formed region of Ti and stream-line with elongated rain in the deformed region of A_3 steelhave been observed.There are many microtwins in the deformed egion of Ti and tangleddislocations in the defomed region of A_3 steel.The results from EPMA show that here existinter diffusion and molten,but Fe_2Ti intermetallics have not been found.
