工艺矿物学研究与硫化矿浮选新工艺的设计

PROCESS MINERALOGY CONSIDERATIONS IN DESIGNING NEW TECHNOLOGIES OF SULPHIDE FLOTATION

摘要 工艺矿物学研究是设计确定硫化矿浮选新工艺的重要依据。本文讨论了矿物嵌布粒度、矿物共生关系和元素赋存状态在制定新的浮选工艺中的作用。提出了钼铋硫化矿阶段磨矿微捕收剂浮选流程及硫化铜矿石无捕收剂浮选和微捕收剂浮选工艺。 Process mineralogy investigations were emphasized in designing new technologies of sul-phide flotation. They include mineral dissemination, association between minierals, and ele-ment existence form. The stage grinding and collectorlittle flotation flowsheet of one orecontaining molybednite and bismuthinite were designed and tested according to process min-eralogy consideration. The collectorless and collectorlittle flotation flowsheets for coppersulphide ores were also designed and tested in terms of process mineralogy.
