摘要
我们在117例病人的304个烧损部位应用深度烧损伤指数(IDBI)进行临床研究,结果发现这一方法能较准确地反映局部伤情,提供早期修复指征和预后结果,且由于这是一数字化方法,结果明确,从而方便了在深烧伤领域内的进一步研究。
A trial to index for deep burn injuries (IDBI) on the basis of 304 burn sites in 117 patients was reported in this paper. Based on the index, a gradation of IDBI from Type Ⅰ to Type Ⅴ was developed. Further analysis of the 117 cases suggested that the IDBI might provide a reliable numerical indication system for the early diagnosis, guide for repair, prognosis as well as further study in the field of the deep burn injuries.
