摘要
本文应用EPMA、XRD、DTA、DSC等试验方法,定量地研究了γ-C2S在H2O,CaS4·2H2O,NaOH,CaSO4·2H2O+NaOH介质中的水化活性,研究结果表明:在上述介质中150d龄期的γ-C2S水化程度依次为11.0%,8.0%,6.0%,3.0%,碱和CaSO4·2H2O对γ-C2S水化反应有抑制作用.水化产物均为Ca(OH)2和C-S-H凝胶,但C-S-H的C/S和形貌因水化介质而异.本文还初步探讨了γ-C2S通过液相反应的机理.
This paper deals with the hydration activity of γ-C_2S in the solutions of H_2O, CaSO_4·2H_2O, NaOH, CaSO_4·2H_2O+NaOH. The hydration of γ-C_2S has been studied by instruments of EPMA, XRD and DTA etc., its hydration products turn out to be Ca(OH)_2 and C-S-H gel, and the C/S ratio and morphlogy are related to the hydration media. The hydration degrees of γ-C_2S in 150 d age in the above media are 11.0%, 8.0%, 6.0% and 3.0% respectively measured in terms of the Ca(OH)_2 content of hydration samples by DSC quantitative analysis. Experimental results show that alkalies and CaSO_4·2H_2O supress the hydration of γ-C_2S. The present paper also gives elementary research of the hydration mechnism of γ-C_2S through liquid phase.
