摘要
报告我科收治的60例颈动脉海绵窦瘘(CCFs),对32例进行随访,时间从1.5年至23年平均45月。在历时24年中,治疗方法包括颈动脉结扎、开颅铜丝导入海绵窦和颈内动脉球囊栓塞等。本文对不同治疗方法的效果进行了讨论,其中以颈内动脉球囊栓塞效果最佳。
From 1967 to 1991 year,60 cases of carotid-cavernous fistulas were treated in Bei-jingTiantan Hospital.32 cases were followed-up from 1.5 to 23 years,with a mean of 45 months.They wer treated by different meth-ods during 24 years,including ligature of theinternal carotid artery,transcranial interen-tional with copper wire to cavernous sinus andendoarterial occlusion of carotid-cavernous fis-tual with detachable balloon etc.The thera-peutic efficiency of these methods were as-sessed.The authers considered the detachable balloon occlusion were the best one.
