摘要
本文对12例重度颅脑伤病人和9例其他重危病人进行了动脉血、混合静脉血、颈内静脉血及脑脊液的血气分析和乳酸测定,并监测了心输出量。结果表明颅脑伤病人氧耗量和静脉血氧合明显降低;脑脊液中乳酸堆积,脑组织内酸中毒,并反射性引起低碳酸血症,加重氧利用障碍。
Arterial blood, mixed and jugular venous blood, blood gases and lactate in cerebrospinal fluid and cardiac output were determined and analyzed in 12 cases of severe head trauma and 9 other critical patients. The data showed that in the patients with head trauma the oxygen consumption and venous oxygenation were significantly decreased and lactate in the blood and cerebrospinal fluid was piled up, thus leading to acidosis in the brain tissue, reflective hypocapnia and hampering oxygen utilization.
