摘要
江苏省中医急症研究会高热协作组对南方热病协作组《外感高热症诊断标准、疗效标准、治疗常规》进行临床验证,完成40个病种1277例,治愈983例,显效117例,好转42例,总有效率89.43%。作者认为本标准和常规经临床验证,是可行、有效的,并对病名、诊断标准、疗效评定标准及治疗方面存在的问题,提出了意见和建议。
“The criteria of diagnosis,therapeutic effect and rou-tine treatment for hyperpyrexia caused by exopathogens”promulgated by the Cooperative Group for Febrile Diseasesof the South had been verified in 1227 hyperpyrexia patientswith 40 varieties of diseases.The results showed that of allthe cases,983 were cured,117 markedly effective ant 42improved,with an overall effective rate of 89.43%.Theauthors hold that this criteria and routine treatment are prac-tical and effective,however,they still raise the problems andmake the suggestions for revision.
