摘要
胆囊炎、胆石症是常见病、多发病,我院1982年8月至1991年9月10年间住院收治800例,多为急性胆囊炎或慢性胆囊炎急性发作患者(760例);有胆石症者504例,大多合并胆囊炎,其中少数因胆绞痛急发而就诊;另有部分患者合并慢性胃炎、胰腺炎。均以中医辨证治疗为主,取得较好疗效,分型和治法如下。1 分型论治1.1 气滞证:右上腹疼痛,痛时走窜,连及后背或右肩,脘胀嗳气,口干口苦,多属慢性胆囊炎急性发作,每因情志抑郁或恼怒而发,苔薄黄,脉弦,治当疏肝利胆,用柴胡疏肝散加减,共治277例。
It was reported in the paper that 800 Cases of cholecys-
titis and cholelithiasis were treated with TCM therapy. All
cases were classifed into 3 categories: stagnation of Qi, heat
of excess type and damp-heat, and given different Chinese
herbs. Results showed 268 cases (33. 5% of total) were
cured, 322(40. 66% of total) markedly effective and 194
cases (24. 25% of total) improved, with overall effective
rate being 98.41%.
